Job Description

  • Manage all on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with project plans and specifications.
  • Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel.
  • Monitor project progress to ensure timely and efficient completion of milestones.
  • Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and regulatory requirements on-site.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and resolve any issues that may arise during the construction process.
  • Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, including daily logs, schedules, and reports.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks to project timelines or budgets.
