Job Description

  • Supervise and manage daily on-site construction operations to ensure project timelines are met.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to maintain workflow efficiency.
  • Monitor and enforce safety regulations to ensure a secure work environment.
  • Review project plans and specifications, addressing any discrepancies or challenges.
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress.
  • Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards and project specifications.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of project activities, including reports and logs.
  • Resolve any on-site issues promptly to avoid delays or disruptions.
