Seeking a Superintendent to lead ground-up and renovation projects across the education, municipal, and light industrial sectors. This role will be responsible for managing day-to-day field operations, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining project schedules, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Our client is a respected Atlanta general contractor with a strong backlog of education, municipal, and light industrial projects.

Job Description

  • Manage day-to-day on-site construction operations, ensuring adherence to project plans and schedules.
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff to maintain productivity and quality standards.
  • Monitor project progress, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues and implement timely solutions.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and change orders.
  • Facilitate communication between project managers, clients, and on-site teams.
  • Ensure materials and equipment are delivered and utilized efficiently to meet project deadlines.
  • Address and resolve any on-site challenges to keep the project on track.
