Construction Superintendent

• Manage and oversee daily construction site activities to ensure project timelines are met.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, ensuring adherence to project specifications and safety standards.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
• Ensure compliance with all building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate records of project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and project alignment.
• Ensure construction materials and equipment are available and properly utilized.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve potential issues proactively.
