Construction Superintendent

• Lead day-to-day operations on multifamily residential construction sites.
• Manage subcontractors and ensure adherence to project schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders to monitor progress and address challenges.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Oversee procurement and delivery of materials for woodframe and new construction projects.
• Resolve on-site issues to maintain workflow efficiency and project timelines.
• Prepare and present progress reports to senior management.
• Maintain open communication with all team members to ensure project alignment.
• General knowledge of Building and Construction codes near Poughkeepsie and the surrounding area.
