Job Description

  • Supervise daily construction activities to ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards.
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel effectively.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies on-site.
  • Inspect completed work to verify compliance with plans and specifications.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules and reports.
  • Work closely with project managers to align on budgets and timelines.
