Job Description

Construction Superintendent

  • Supervise all aspects of multifamily, wood-frame residential construction projects.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Monitor project schedules and budgets, addressing any issues that arise to keep projects on track.
  • Ensure construction meets quality standards and complies with safety regulations.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and team members to ensure alignment on project goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of project activities, including daily reports and documentation.
  • Problem-solve and make decisions to address challenges that arise during construction.
  • General knowledge of Building and Construction codes

  • Should be local to New Haven, CT
