Job Description

  • Supervise day-to-day construction site activities and ensure compliance with project plans.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to maintain project schedules.
  • Monitor site safety and enforce compliance with safety regulations.
  • Inspect work for quality assurance and address any issues that arise.
  • Maintain accurate project records, including daily logs and progress reports.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on project status.
  • Resolve on-site conflicts and challenges promptly to avoid project delays.
  • Ensure all construction activities comply with local building codes and regulations.
