Construction Superintendent

• Supervise on-site construction activities to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors and suppliers to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Monitor project budgets and report on progress to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including daily logs and progress reports.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, architects, and other team members.
• Resolve on-site challenges and ensure smooth construction operations.
