Construction Superintendent

As Superintendent, you will be responsible for the following:

• Supervise day-to-day field operations on affordable housing renovation projects
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, labor, deliveries, and site logistics
• Maintain project schedules and coordinate daily activities with the Project Manager
• Oversee interior renovations and rehabilitation work within occupied buildings
• Coordinate access to apartments and work areas around residents and building operations
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized jobsite
• Monitor workmanship and ensure construction meets plans, specifications, and quality standards
• Coordinate inspections and address field issues as they arise
• Communicate regularly with Project Managers regarding progress, manpower, materials, and schedule
• Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, building management, residents, and project stakeholders
• Identify potential issues before they impact schedule, cost, or quality
• Assist with punch lists, closeout, and final project turnover
