About Our Client

Our client is a well respected and established National General Contractor with a tight-knit team in Phoenix and are looking for an experienced Superintendent to join their growing team. They have several high profile municipal and commercial projects breaking ground and are looking for someone who can lead them. This company has an incredible reputation and a strong backlog of projects across Maricopa County.

Job Description

  • Supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely.
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors, ensuring all work aligns with project specifications.
  • Monitor project schedules and budgets to ensure timely completion and cost control.
  • Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulations and standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and address any issues promptly.
  • Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to provide updates and resolve challenges.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, including daily logs, reports, and change orders.
  • Ensure the availability of necessary materials and equipment to avoid delays.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Commercial Construction Superintendent should have:

  • Experience managing commercial construction projects from start to finish.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and safety regulations.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and liaise with clients.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and construction documents.
  • Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and solve problems proactively.
