Job Description

  • Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and ensure work aligns with project specifications.
  • Monitor project schedules and ensure timely progress.
  • Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with local regulations.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality control standards.
  • Resolve on-site issues and provide solutions to keep the project on track.
  • Communicate with project managers and stakeholders on project updates.
  • Maintain detailed project documentation and daily logs.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Construction Superintendent should have:

  • Experience managing construction projects in the property industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, practices, and safety regulations.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Problem-solving skills to address on-site challenges effectively.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
