Job Description

* Lead regional operations, project execution, and strategic growth initiatives.

* Manage project teams including project managers, estimators, superintendents, and support staff.

* Develop and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, and industry partners.

* Drive financial performance, operational efficiency, and project profitability.

* Support business development efforts and oversee successful delivery of commercial construction projects.

The Successful Applicant

* 10+ years of leadership experience within commercial construction.

* Proven experience managing healthcare, hospitality, or commercial projects.

* Strong operational, financial, and team leadership capabilities.

* Established network within the Central Florida construction market preferred.

* Ability to lead business growth while maintaining high client satisfaction.
