Job Description

  • Lead Lean and continuous improvement projects
  • Conduct value stream mapping exercises
  • Facilitate Kaizen events
  • Analyze manufacturing data and trends
  • Develop KPI dashboards and reporting
  • Support cost reduction initiatives
  • Train employees on Lean tools and methodologies
  • Drive operational excellence across departments

The Successful Applicant

A successful Continuous Improvement Engineer should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • Experience leading continuous improvement initiatives
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles
  • Strong project management skills
  • Data analysis and problem-solving experience
  • Excellent communication skills
