With a strong focus on innovation and operational excellence, the company offers an opportunity to make a visible impact while working alongside an experienced leadership team.Job DescriptionLead continuous improvement initiatives to increase manufacturing efficiency, quality, and throughput.Analyze production processes and identify opportunities to reduce waste, improve yields, and lower operational costs.Develop and implement process controls that promote consistent product quality and operational reliability.Partner with engineering and operations teams to establish efficient and scalable manufacturing methods.Evaluate manufacturing processes, conduct testing, and implement process enhancements as needed.Maintain process documentation and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and industry standards.Support Engineering Change Notifications (ECNs) by assessing manufacturing impacts and implementation requirements.Monitor production metrics and identify opportunities for ongoing operational improvements.Utilize process analysis and simulation tools to evaluate manufacturing strategies and recommend improvements.Communicate improvement plans and process changes to stakeholders across the business.Provide training and guidance to employees on new processes, technologies, and continuous improvement initiatives.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
