Job Description

  • Lead and manage the metal manufacturing value stream to meet production and quality objectives.
  • Monitor key performance indicators to ensure efficiency and identify areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and resource allocation.
  • Implement lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and improve productivity.
  • Oversee team performance and provide coaching to ensure continuous development.
  • Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demands and delivery timelines.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the production process.
  • Analyze production data to identify trends and recommend actionable solutions.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Continuous Improvement Lead should have:

    • 5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience within a production environment
    • Experience leading supervisors and frontline manufacturing teams
    • Proven success driving continuous improvement and operational performance initiatives
    • Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field preferred
    • Experience in aerospace or other regulated manufacturing environments is highly preferred
