They are seeking an experienced and highly organized Contract Manager to join their construction team in Miami, Florida. This role is responsible for managing subcontract agreements, procurement documentation, insurance compliance, project administration, Procore systems management, and risk management activities across multiple active construction projects.Job DescriptionManage and administer subcontracts, professional service agreements, purchase orders, and procurement documentation, ensuring all insurance and prequalification requirements are met prior to execution.Maintain project and company compliance records, including subcontractor logs, insurance certificates, licenses, bonds, badging, manpower reports, and workforce tracking.Coordinate employee compliance and safety training programs and maintain related records.Serve as the primary administrator for Procore, including project setup, document management, insurance tracking, vendor database maintenance, user administration, and project file organization.Review, track, and maintain subcontractor insurance certificates and bond requirements to ensure compliance with contractual and risk management standards.Conduct regular audits of project documentation and records to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company procedures.Prepare reports and provide administrative support to Project Managers, Superintendents, and Operations leadership as needed.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
