They specialize in designing and manufacturing robotic systems that enhance productivity, precision, and safety across various industries.Job DescriptionControls Programming & DevelopmentDevelop, modify, and maintain PLC and machine control programs.Configure industrial control systems, HMIs, drives, motion controllers, and related automation hardware.Support machine startup, commissioning, and performance optimization.Develop control narratives, functional specifications, and controls documentation.Create and maintain I/O lists, wiring documentation, and troubleshooting guides. Electrical Design & ImplementationRead, interpret, and develop electrical schematics and control panel drawings.Design and document control circuits, safety circuits, and field wiring connections.Specify and integrate sensors, actuators, relays, drives, motor starters, and other control components.Support panel build activities and field wiring verification.Validate proper I/O functionality and signal mapping between field devices and control systems. Troubleshooting & SupportTroubleshoot PLC programs, electrical circuits, field devices, and machine control systems.Diagnose issues involving sensors, motors, drives, safety systems, and communications networks.Support production and maintenance teams in resolving equipment downtime.Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.Provide hands-on support during commissioning, startup, and equipment upgrades.
