The company partners with manufacturers to improve production efficiency, product quality, and operational reliability through advanced equipment and process automation.Job DescriptionThis Controls Engineer will be responsible for:Designing and developing control software for industrial automation equipment.Programming and troubleshooting PLCs, HMIs, machine vision systems, and industrial networks.Supporting integration of robotic systems and automated production equipment.Assisting with machine startup, commissioning, and onsite troubleshooting.Diagnosing and resolving controls-related issues during production and field service activities.Collaborating with engineering and fabrication teams during machine builds and installations.Maintaining project documentation, revision control, and backup files.Supporting continuous improvement initiatives focused on performance and reliability.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
