This position will be responsible for managing customer account relationships, driving timely payments, resolving complex billing and account discrepancies, and improving overall cash flow performance. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of collections strategy, optimize processes, and contribute to the continued financial success of a growing organization.Job DescriptionCorporate Collections Manager Responsibilities:Build and maintain positive customer relationships while handling payment negotiations, resolving account issues, and driving timely resolution of outstanding balances.Work closely with sales, operations, and accounting teams to investigate billing discrepancies, resolve account concerns, and ensure payments are accurately processed.Track and analyze accounts receivable performance metrics, including DSO, to support healthy cash flow and adherence to established payment terms.Identify aging or high-risk accounts and recommend appropriate next steps, including escalation to leadership, legal resources, or third-party collection partners when needed.Develop and maintain collection reporting and analytics, providing regular updates on account status, trends, and overall collections performance.Manage a high volume of customer outreach through phone and email communications while maintaining detailed records of collection activity and account updates.Partner with finance leadership and regional teams to implement consistent customer credit and payment practices across the organization.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
