Job Description

  • Assist with corporate governance, including preparing board meeting materials and maintaining corporate records.
  • Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage filings with government agencies and maintain legal databases.
  • Conduct legal research to support the Legal team's initiatives.
  • Provide administrative support to attorneys and other legal staff as needed.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Corporate Paralegal should have:

  • 1-3 years of being a corporate paralegal is a MUST
  • Experience with corporate governance and legal documentation processes.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in legal research tools and database management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
