Custom Home Superintendent

• Manage daily on-site operations for luxury custom home projects in Boynton Beach.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.
• Maintain project schedules and proactively address delays or obstacles.
• Ensure all work meets company quality standards, architectural specifications, and building codes.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality control reviews.
• Oversee jobsite safety and ensure compliance with all safety requirements.
• Manage project documentation, daily logs, inspections, and progress reports.
• Work closely with Project Managers, architects, designers, and homeowners throughout the construction process.
• Coordinate municipal inspections and secure project approvals.
• Lead punch-list completion and project closeout activities.
