Job Description

  • Manage daily operations on residential construction sites to ensure projects are completed efficiently.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to maintain project timelines and quality.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
  • Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project plans.
  • Monitor project budgets and address any deviations promptly.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure workmanship aligns with project expectations.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and addressing concerns.
  • Resolve on-site issues promptly to avoid delays.
