• Manage all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Oversee subcontractors and vendors, ensuring adherence to project specifications and quality standards.
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations and enforce safety protocols on the job site.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, and clients to ensure smooth communication and project execution.
• Monitor project progress and conduct regular site inspections to address any issues promptly.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation and progress reports.
• Resolve any on-site challenges and implement solutions efficiently.
• Ensure all construction work aligns with local building codes and regulations.
