Save Job Back to Search Job Description Summary Similar JobsJoin a hands-on HR data and reporting project with strong business visibilityHigh-impact HR data role with SQL, reporting and analysis exposureAbout Our ClientOur client is a leading global financial institution with a significant presence in New York and an extensive international networkJob DescriptionThe HR Data & Reporting Consultant will work closely with the Benefits & Compensation team, supporting reporting requirements, database management and internal and Head Office audit activities.Key responsibilities will include:Work with Microsoft Access and SQL databases to extract and analyze HR information.Build, run and maintain reports using SQL, Access and Excel.Analyze HR data and provide accurate information to key stakeholders.Support Head Office and internal audit requirements by producing requested reports and data.Assist with Dayforce configuration to support reporting and data analysis requirements.Work closely with the HR team to identify and extract required information from existing databases and HR systems.Help ensure reporting is accurate, complete and delivered in line with business requirements.Provide ad hoc HR data analysis and reporting support as required.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. MPI encourages applications from minorities, women, the disabled, protected veterans and all other qualified applicants.The Successful ApplicantThe successful candidate will bring strong database, reporting and analytical skills along with the ability to work effectively with HR data.You should have:Bachelor's degree or higher.3-5 years of relevant professional experience.Strong hands-on SQL database experience.Experience extracting, manipulating and analyzing data using SQL.Strong Microsoft Access and Excel skills.Previous experience producing reports and supporting data-driven analysis.HRIS platform experience is highly desirable.Previous Dayforce implementation, configuration or reporting experience would be a significant advantage, but is not required.Mandarin language skills are required for this position.Strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver accurate information for audit and reporting purposes.Ability to work 5 days per week onsite in Midtown Manhattan, New York.
