The organization is seeking a Data Analyst to join the HR Team and support critical reporting, audit, and HR systems initiatives.Job DescriptionThe Data Analyst will be responsible for supporting the HR Team with data extraction, reporting, audit requests, and HR systems administration. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, hands-on experience with SQL databases and HRIS platforms, and the ability to work with stakeholders to deliver accurate, timely reporting.Fluency in Mandarin is required.Key ResponsibilitiesWork with SQL and Microsoft Access databases to extract, validate, and analyze data.Create, maintain, and deliver reports to support HR, business, and audit requirements.Assist with Head Office and internal audit requests by providing required reporting and supporting documentation.Conduct data analysis using SQL, Microsoft Access, Excel, and other reporting tools.Support HRIS reporting, data management, and system optimization initiatives.Assist with Dayforce configuration and reporting to support business analysis needs.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights.Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of HR data and reporting.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
