Join a growing construction organisation seeking an experienced Demolition Estimator to support sitework and demolition projects. This position offers the opportunity to play a critical role in preconstruction, bidding, and project planning for a variety of civil construction projects.

About Our Client

Our client is a well-established construction contractor specialising in civil construction, site development, infrastructure, and demolition services. Due to continued project activity, they are expanding their estimating team.

Job Description

  • Prepare detailed estimates for sitework and demolition projects.
  • Review drawings, specifications, and bid documentation.
  • Complete takeoffs and cost analyses.
  • Develop pricing strategies and bid proposals.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain pricing.
  • Support project teams through bid award and project handoff.

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience estimating sitework construction projects.
  • Demolition estimating experience is highly preferred.
  • Background within heavy civil, excavation, land development, or related sectors.
  • Strong analytical and organisational skills.
  • Ability to review plans and produce accurate estimates.
