Known for their commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence, they have built a strong reputation for delivering challenging projects on time and within budget.Job DescriptionPrepare detailed cost estimates for demolition, excavation, earthwork, site development, and civil construction projects.Review plans, specifications, bid documents, and project requirements to determine labor, equipment, material, and subcontractor costs.Conduct quantity take-offs and pricing analysis using industry-standard estimating software.Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations.Collaborate with project managers, operations teams, and senior leadership during the bid process.Identify project risks, opportunities, and value engineering solutions.Attend site visits and pre-bid meetings to assess project scope and constraints.Develop accurate bid proposals and tender submissions within required deadlines.Maintain and update historical cost databases and estimating records.Support project handovers and provide estimating assistance throughout the project lifecycle.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
