Job Description

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers
  • Establish and maintain operational standards, processes, and best practices
  • Provide oversight across all phases of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Support project teams with scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and client relations
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to align construction operations with company objectives
  • Drive accountability, team engagement, and professional development initiatives
  • Monitor project performance and implement strategies to improve efficiency and results
  • Assist with resource planning, staffing decisions, and organizational growth initiatives
  • Conduct periodic site visits and support field operations as needed

The Successful Applicant

  • 15+ years of progressive construction industry experience
  • Proven leadership experience managing project management teams
  • Strong understanding of construction operations, project delivery, and financial management
  • Demonstrated success overseeing multiple projects and teams simultaneously
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to coach, mentor, and develop high-performing teams
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working directly with executive leadership and contributing to strategic decision-making
  • Proficiency with industry-standard construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred
