Director of Construction - Leadership Opportunity

• Lead and manage construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Oversee all projects, responsible for planning, successful execution, and financial performance
• Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Oversee the selection and management of contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, legal, and regulatory requirements throughout projects.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
• Identify potential risks and implement strategies to mitigate them effectively.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure design objectives are achieved.
• Foster a culture of quality, safety, and excellence within the construction team.
