Our client is a rapidly expanding commercial contractor with a strong presence in industrial construction. The business delivers large-scale logistics and distribution facilities throughout multiple Southeast markets and continues to invest heavily in regional growth.

Job Description

* Oversee operational performance across multiple industrial construction projects
* Lead project teams to achieve budget, schedule, quality, and safety targets
* Build and maintain executive-level client and stakeholder relationships
* Support business development, staffing, and operational planning initiatives

The Successful Applicant

* Proven leadership experience in commercial construction operations
* Strong background delivering large-scale industrial or distribution projects
* Experience managing multiple project teams and regional operations
* Skilled in client management, forecasting, and strategic planning
* Track record of developing high-performing construction teams

Salary: Up to $200,000 base + bonus
