This is an opportunity to join an organisation that combines the stability of an established industry leader with the entrepreneurial mindset of a growing business, offering leaders genuine influence over performance, culture, and future success.Job DescriptionThe Director of Operations will be responsible for overseeing the operational, financial, and strategic performance of a regional business unit while ensuring the successful delivery of multiple projects.Lead the overall operational and financial performance of the business unit, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.Develop and execute annual operating plans, budgets, staffing strategies, and growth initiatives.Provide leadership across project management, field operations, safety, quality, and estimating functions.Oversee the successful delivery of multiple construction projects, ensuring cost, schedule, quality, and client expectations are achieved.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders.Drive workforce development through coaching, mentoring, succession planning, and performance management.Monitor project financial performance, including billing, forecasting, cost control, and margin improvement initiatives.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
