Job Description



The Director of Operations will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing robot and automation manufacturing, purchasing, parts, and inventory operations
  • Establishing operational metrics and identifying opportunities for performance improvement
  • Implementing policies and procedures to improve efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction
  • Leading continuous improvement initiatives to reduce lead times and increase throughput
  • Coordinating efforts across operations, engineering, technology and customer service teams
  • Managing departmental leaders while supporting workforce development and operational goals

The Successful Applicant



A Successful Director of Operations will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, Business, or related field
  • 10+ years of manufacturing or operations leadership experience
  • Strong background in automation, robotics, packaging machinery, or industrial equipment manufacturing
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and departmental managers
  • Demonstrated success improving throughput, delivery performance, and operational efficiency
  • Strong continuous improvement and process optimization experience
  • Excellent financial, strategic planning, and leadership skills.
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred but not required
