Job Description

The Director of Operations will report directly into the President and be responsible for:

Provide executive-level leadership across multiple manufacturing facilities, ensuring alignment on safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance.
Drive Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and scalability.
Partner with senior leadership to translate strategic objectives into actionable operational plans.
Oversee production, supply chain, engineering, and quality functions across a multi-site footprint.
Develop and mentor plant leadership while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory, customer, and aerospace industry requirements.
Lead capital planning, cost optimization, and operational performance improvement initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree required (Engineering, Operations, or related field); MBA preferred
10+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience, including multi-site oversight.
Strong background in aerospace, precision manufacturing, or other highly regulated industries.
Demonstrated success implementing Lean, Six Sigma, and operational excellence initiatives.
Proven ability to lead teams through transformation and drive measurable performance improvements.
Strong executive presence with the ability to influence across all levels of an organization.
