Job Description

  • Lead and mentor Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers across multiple active projects.
  • Serve as the primary operational liaison between executive leadership and project teams.
  • Drive consistency in project delivery, scheduling, budgeting, reporting, and risk management.
  • Monitor project performance and provide strategic guidance to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Support workforce planning, team development, and future growth initiatives.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Implement best practices and operational improvements to enhance project execution and team efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in a Director of Operations, Operations Manager, Senior Project Executive, or similar leadership role within commercial construction.
  • Strong background delivering industrial construction projects including distribution centers, warehousing, logistics facilities, cold storage, tilt-wall, manufacturing, or related project types.
  • Experience managing and developing project management teams across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead within a growing organization and support business expansion.
  • Strong financial, operational, and strategic management skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to balance executive priorities with day-to-day project delivery requirements.
