Job Description

The Director of Operations will report into the Senior Director of Operations and be responsible for:

  • Lead all aspects of manufacturing operations, including production, engineering, warehousing, and inventory management.
  • Develop and execute operational strategies that support growth, profitability, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Drive Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity, efficiency, and scalability.
  • Partner with cross-functional leaders in Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, and Sales to achieve business objectives.
  • Build, develop, and mentor high-performing teams while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee operational metrics, capacity planning, and performance management to ensure world-class execution.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or strong engineering background preferred.
  • 8+ years of manufacturing leadership experience, ideally within medical device or other highly regulated environments.
  • Experience in precision machining, metals manufacturing, aerospace, automotive, or similar advanced manufacturing sectors.
  • Proven success leading operational transformations, Lean initiatives, and high-performance teams.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience managing operational performance and business objectives.
