Its Massachusetts facility plays a key role in supporting complex medical device manufacturing operations and offers leaders the opportunity to make a visible impact on both site performance and broader organizational objectives.Job DescriptionLead and drive overall operational performance across the manufacturing facility.Develop and execute strategic operational roadmaps aligned with business objectives.Manage site performance related to safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost.Oversee production, engineering, inventory management, and warehousing activities.Partner with leadership teams across Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, and Commercial functions to achieve plant objectives.Implement and champion continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, compliance, and operational excellence.Establish performance metrics, KPIs, and accountability measures across the organization.Drive capacity planning and operational readiness to support future growth.Ensure facilities, equipment, and manufacturing processes operate efficiently while maintaining regulatory compliance.Build, mentor, and develop high-performing teams and leadership talent.Support both short-term execution and long-range strategic planning initiatives.Foster a culture of safety, quality, collaboration, and customer focus.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
