• Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of the IATF-compliant quality management system.
• Oversee quality assurance processes, ensuring that products and services meet customer and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and product reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address quality issues promptly.
• Monitor and report key quality metrics, driving accountability across the organization.
• Lead internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on quality standards and processes.
• Partner with suppliers to ensure quality expectations are met and maintained.
