The organization combines strong growth, advanced engineering, and a commitment to quality excellence, creating an environment where leaders can make a significant business impact.Job DescriptionDevelop and execute a global manufacturing quality strategy aligned with business objectives and growth plans.Partner closely with manufacturing leadership to establish and maintain best-in-class quality standards across multiple sites.Own key manufacturing quality metrics, including defect reduction, rework, scrap, escapes, and overall product quality performance.Implement and sustain quality systems, inspection processes, quality gates, and process control plans.Lead root cause investigations, corrective actions, and preventive quality initiatives using structured problem-solving methodologies.Collaborate with engineering teams to improve designs, processes, and documentation to prevent quality issues.Ensure compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, customer expectations, and internal procedures.Oversee audits, readiness assessments, and continuous improvement efforts across manufacturing operations.Work cross-functionally with engineering, supply chain, supplier quality, and customer quality teams to drive quality at every stage of production.Establish and track performance metrics while utilizing Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, SPC, and other continuous improvement tools.Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing global quality organization focused on accountability and operational excellence.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
