Job Description

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive security metrics and reporting frameworks to monitor organizational performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and track key risk indicators (KRIs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Analyze security data and provide actionable insights to support decision-making processes.
  • Prepare and present detailed security reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Ensure alignment of security reporting with compliance and regulatory requirements within the financial services industry.
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to enhance the organization's security posture.
  • Provide guidance and leadership to team members in developing reporting tools and processes.
  • Stay informed about emerging security threats and industry best practices to continuously improve reporting methodologies.
