DOB Superintendent - Construction - Brooklyn

• Oversee and manage on-site construction activities to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with all regulations and company policies.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and address any issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, daily reports, and material logs.
• Collaborate with project managers to develop and implement construction strategies.
• Monitor the performance of team members and provide guidance to ensure productivity and efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates and address any concerns.
