We are seeking an experienced DOB Superintendent - Construction - Brooklyn to oversee affordable housing and multifamily developments throughout Brooklyn. This role will be responsible for managing field operations, maintaining DOB compliance, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have:

  • Active NYC DOB Superintendent License
  • OSHA 30 Certification
  • 7+ years of Superintendent experience within construction
  • Experience managing affordable housing, multifamily, or mixed-use developments
  • Strong knowledge of NYC DOB regulations and inspection processes
  • Experience coordinating multiple trades and subcontractors
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to maintain schedules and deliver projects successfully
  • Experience working on occupied or phased construction projects is a plus
