DOB Superintendent - Construction - Brooklyn

• Supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and team members to maintain project timelines.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to safety protocols.
• Manage site documentation, including permits and reports, to align with DOB requirements.
• Address and resolve any on-site issues to keep projects on track.
