Job Description

  • Partner with leadership to advise on safety strategy and regulatory compliance
  • Plan and execute comprehensive EHS audits to drive continuous improvement
  • Develop, implement, and deliver safety policies, procedures, and training programs
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant environmental and safety regulations
  • Oversee safety equipment inventory and ensure proper availability for employees
  • Maintain accurate safety documentation, records, and training databases
  • Act as the point of contact for regulatory agencies and incident response

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of people management and 8+ years EHS experience, or equivalent Master's-level experience
  • Background in manufacturing environments with hands-on EHS program ownership
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and environmental compliance standards
  • Experience with hazardous waste handling and regulatory processes preferred
  • Proven leadership capability managing teams and driving safety culture
