Job Description

  • Lead all environmental, health, and safety initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and company requirements
  • Conduct safety audits and risk assessments
  • Develop and deliver employee safety training programs
  • Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions
  • Monitor and report EHS performance metrics
  • Drive continuous improvement in workplace safety
  • Manage environmental compliance programs
  • Partner with plant leadership to promote a culture of safety

The Successful Applicant

A successful EHS Manager should have:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 5+ years of EHS experience in manufacturing
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations
  • Experience managing safety programs and compliance initiatives
  • Proven leadership and training abilities
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • CSP or related certifications are a plus
