MPI encourages applications from minorities, women, the disabled, protected veterans and all other qualified applicants.The Successful ApplicantA successful EHS Manager should have:Bachelor's degree required, preferably in EHS, Safety Management, Environmental Science, or a related field.7+ years of EHS leadership experience within a manufacturing environment.Food manufacturing experience strongly preferred.Strong knowledge of OSHA, Cal-OSHA, and environmental regulations.Experience building safety culture and driving behavior-based safety initiatives.Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across operations, HR, maintenance, quality, and leadership teams.Excellent communication, training, and presentation skills.Strong organizational skills with a hands-on, accountable leadership style.CSP or other professional safety certifications are a plus.Bilingual English/Spanish is a plusWhat's on OfferAnnual salary ranging from $120,000 to $140,000.Comprehensive medical, dental, and life insurance coverage.401(k) Retirement Plan2 weeks of vacation, 10 paid holidays, and 5 sick days annually and 1 additional holiday day!Interested?
