Employees benefit from a culture focused on accountability, teamwork, technical excellence, and ongoing development.Job DescriptionLead and supervise daily electrical and instrumentation maintenance activities within a manufacturing facility.Coordinate and direct technicians, contractors, and maintenance personnel to ensure safe and effective execution of work.Prioritize, schedule, and manage preventive, predictive, corrective, and emergency maintenance activities.Drive completion of maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime.Maintain a strong field presence by supporting troubleshooting efforts, coaching employees, and reinforcing safety standards.Oversee work quality and ensure maintenance activities are completed efficiently and in accordance with company procedures.Support the maintenance and reliability of electrical distribution systems, instrumentation, analyzers, motor controls, control valves, and other critical plant equipment.Partner with Operations and Engineering teams to resolve equipment issues and support plant improvement projects.Monitor maintenance performance metrics, backlog management, labor utilization, and work order completion.Coordinate contractor activities and ensure compliance with site requirements and safety expectations.Assist with workforce planning, staffing, training, resource allocation, and employee development.Support inventory planning, spare parts management, and continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, reliability, and productivity.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
