Job Description

This role reports directly into the Engineering Manager and is responsible for:

  • Designing and developing electrical and electronic systems for aerospace and defense platforms
  • Creating schematics, PCB layouts, and system-level designs
  • Performing circuit analysis, simulation, and validation testing
  • Collaborating with systems, software, and mechanical engineering teams
  • Supporting integration, verification, and qualification testing
  • Ensuring compliance with military, aerospace, and safety standards
  • Troubleshooting hardware issues and implementing design improvements
  • Preparing technical documentation and participating in design reviews

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in aerospace, defense, or high-reliability electronics
  • Experience with circuit design, PCB layout, and testing tools
  • Familiarity with standards such as MIL-STD or DO-160 preferred
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to obtain or hold a security clearance
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
