Job Description

  • Lead advanced electronics design projects involving power conversion, motor control, and embedded systems.
  • Drive hardware development from concept, architecture, and prototyping through production.
  • Develop FPGA and microprocessor-based electronic solutions for aerospace and military applications.
  • Lead root cause investigations, troubleshooting efforts, and corrective action initiatives.
  • Support program execution, technical risk management, and manufacturing readiness activities.
  • Mentor engineering teams and serve as a key technical interface for customers and stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 8+ years of electronics engineering experience in complex technical environments.
  • Experience with FPGA architectures, embedded systems, and microprocessor-based designs.
  • Strong background in hardware testing, debugging, and electronic design validation.
  • Advanced proficiency with Altium, LTspice, and LabVIEW.
  • Knowledge of aerospace, defense, and military industry standards with the ability to obtain a security clearance.
