The culture values technical depth, ownership, and quality, supported by leadership that invests in engineering excellence.Job DescriptionSupport electrical circuit design and PCB layout using Altium Designer for power electronics and control systems.Contribute to new product development efforts, including R&D, prototyping, testing, and production support.Assist with hardware validation, lab testing, and electrical debugging at the circuit level.Support UL certification activities and ensure compliance with relevant regulatory standards.Collaborate with manufacturing on BOM updates, SMT/PCBA processes, and initial production builds.Participate in root-cause analysis of field returns and support ongoing product improvements.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
